To perform the following work per ac approval of 9/24/13, vcc approval of 11/6/13, and drawings submitted 8/13/13 & 10/30/13, respectively, and stamped vcc approved 11/7/13:-to retain furred-down ceiling in alleyway. Note: this permit is to resolve a violation concerning work begun without a permit for which a stop work order was issued. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work.

To remove two (2) vynil dormer window sashes and replace with new six-over-six-lite, double-hung with arched top to match vcc standard detail sheet #9 (attached). To remove one (1) vynil window sash in st. Peter elevation and install new six-over-six-lite, double-hung window to match other existing windows in the building. To remove metal cap flashing and install mortar cap with vcc approved mortar mix (below). To repoint & restucco chimney as need with the following vcc approved stucco & mortar mixes (below)to remove all nonconforming signage and lightingretain surveillance camera per attached cut sheet stamped vcc approved 06/17/14. Housing to be painted white to match adjacent building surface. To replace/install 7/8" fascia with " bead along front and sides of gallery as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached).
